# Dubai handover by declared year

The DLD project registry carries a declared completion date for 2 241 Dubai projects between 2020 and 2035. That date is a registry field, not a handover promise, and it is revised: a project can sit at the same recorded completion percentage for months because inspections are irregular, not because work stopped.
