MCP server for AI assistants

Dubai Data has a free, public MCP server. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any other assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol, and it can look up the figures on this site directly — registered sales, prices, price per square foot, rents, yields, projects and monthly reports — instead of guessing or searching the web.

Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile apps)

Settings (Customize) → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://mcp.datadubai.ae/mcp → Add. Leave authentication empty. Works on every plan, including Free (one custom connector).

ChatGPT

In Settings, turn on Developer mode (under the advanced settings), then create a new app or connector: name Dubai Data, URL https://mcp.datadubai.ae/mcp, authentication No authentication. Available on paid plans. The server exposes the search and fetch tools that ChatGPT deep research expects.

Any client that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP takes the same URL. The server is also listed in the official MCP Registry as ae.datadubai/dubai-real-estate.

Tools

• search(query, type?, limit?) — find a project, community, developer or DLD area by name; returns ids, page links and headline figures.
• fetch(id) — the full readable record for one result, the same text as its page here, with limits and a citation line.
• get_entity(type, slug) — the full statistics record as structured data: medians, year-on-year changes, bedroom breakdown, monthly history.
• get_market_summary() — the city-wide summary on /market/.
• get_monthly_report(month?) — key figures for a month from /report/, with a ready citation.
• list_rankings(kind, limit?) — communities ranked by rent, gross yield or sales, and developers by sales.

Every answer carries the page url on this site, the data_through date, the source (Dubai Land Department open data) and the licence (CC BY 4.0). If an assistant quotes a number, it should link that url — that is the whole arrangement, as for the rest of the site.

• “What is the median price per square foot in Jumeirah Village Circle, and how has it moved over the year?”
• “Which Dubai communities have the highest gross rental yields right now?”
• “Summarise the Dubai property market for August 2026 with a citation.”
• “How many projects does Emaar have under construction, and how far along are they?”

Limits

The server returns exactly what the pages here publish — the same thresholds, the same exclusions, the same methodology. It holds no personal data and no listings, and it cannot see anything that is not on this site. Figures are descriptive statistics, not investment advice or a valuation. Requests are rate-limited per client; the server keeps no IP addresses — see privacy.
