What this site collects
Dubai Data is a set of static files. Reading it requires no account and no form. Our web server records standard request logs — IP address, time, page, referring page, user agent — which we use to see which pages are being crawled and by whom, which sites send readers here, and to keep the site up. Our own statistics keep only counts per day, page and referring website; no IP address is stored in them.
Cookies and analytics
There are none. This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing is measured in your browser, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. We see only what any web server sees: the request log described above.
One entry in your browser's local storage remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It never leaves your browser and it is the only thing this site stores on your device.
If that ever changes — if we add a counter, or if the brokerage that publishes this site wants to measure anything here — it will be opt-in, it will be named on this page before it loads, and the default will be refusal. Refusing will cost you nothing: every figure is in the HTML either way.
The MCP server
The MCP server at mcp.datadubai.ae keeps a log of which tool was called, with which arguments, how long it took and which client software called it (its user agent). It does not store IP addresses, it sets no cookies and it needs no account. Requests are rate-limited per connection at the web server, in memory only.
Personal data in the data itself
No page on this site identifies a buyer, a seller, a tenant or an owner. Our systems hold an owner registry of several million rows; it is personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and it is never published, exported or loaded into any advertising platform. That applies to visitors of this site as well: we build no audiences from you and hand nothing to an ad platform.
